Please help us to prove that open-access anthropology can work!

In making Cultural Anthropology free to read, we have given up our most significant source of revenue. We need your help to ensure the financial viability of the journal into the future. Field Notes: Aging

This month, SCA’s Fieldnotes series invites four scholars to consider the theme of aging. What has anthropology contributed to the study of aging? How does aging and associated processes interact, constrain, or influence social relationships and perceptions of selfhood? What does it provoke?

To investigate aging, we feature contributions from the following individuals:

Provocation: Emily Wentzell (University of Iowa)

Translation: Jordan Lewis (University of Washington)

Deviation: Janelle Christensen (Palm Beach State College)

Integration: Jason Danely (Rhode Island College)
